New Workshop – Why do you talk to me like that?
In February, I’m excited to be running a Communications and Cashflow workshop at the Warrington Golf Club with James Perryman from MomentUs. James is known as the Communication King and I’ll be there as the Cashflow Queen, wearing my crown!
Together we are helping business owners and staff members learn how to deal with common business situations and how you can get the best outcome for everyone involved.
The workshop is called “Why do you talk to me like that?” and it’s on between 9am and 2pm on Tuesday the 5th of February 2019.
Everyone is invited to come to the workshop and it will be a great opportunity to network with other businesses in the local area.
Some of the questions we will be answering are in the following business situations:
- Are you afraid to pick up the phone to your clients?
James and I will be tackling common reasons why people simply avoid picking up the phone and you’ll learn tips and techniques for scheduling and handling business by phone.
- Can you anticipate how your clients might respond?
Knowing how your clients might respond to different situations can help you meet their needs, sometimes even before they ask. Being proactive, rather than reactive, can make things less stressful for everyone.
- Do you become anxious of a frustrating conversation?
Tackling heated conversations. Shouting, threatening, swearing. Conversations going round and round in never ending circles. The workshop covers how to take charge of the conversation and guide it towards a positive outcome.
- Do you find money doesn’t flow into your account?
Every business needs money to survive. Your business income pays a multitude of expenses from day to day business running costs, your plans for expansion, unforeseen emergencies and rainy days. In the workshop you’ll learn how your cashflow can be recorded, monitored, forecasted and much more.
“Why do you talk to me like that?” is an essential workshop for anyone in your business. If you have staff on reception, in sales, service or support, anyone who interacts with your clients, they will benefit from attending.
Come and learn how to improve your communication and your cashflow.
If you’d like to come along, please email or phone me to book your place at the workshop. Spaces are limited to first come first served and there’s an “Early Bird” discount if you book on or by the 11th of January.
